Last night at 7:25, we officially turned 8 weeks old! It has been an amazing 8 weeks so far. We've successfully got back into going to the YMCA this week. Adam is starting to smile more often, and sleeping for more hours at a time! WOHOO for sleep!
We are excited that Adam's Aunt Amy and Uncle Brad are in town this weekend. We'll make sure to post some pics of their first meeting later this weekend.
I have to tell you about an awesome magazine if you are a casserole cooker like me. It's called Cooking with Paula Deen the March/April edition. It has 60 recipes inside that are all doable for the average cook. Last night I made Chicken & Spinach Stuffed Shells, I have to admit it was pretty tasty. The recipe is for 8-10 servings, so I just made the whole batch and put 2 casserole dishes in the freezer! I think that I'm going to make the entire collection of casseroles, tasty and easy! The edition also has 8 different recipes for deviled eggs and since Easter is on the horizon it can help you spice up your Easter brunch. I found the magazine at the grocery store in the mag section! Happy Cooking.
Our pic of the day comes from Adam sleeping on our bed this morning. Andy gave him a bottle when he woke up and he crashed soon after on our bed! I think this boy has Ley sleeping genes, he went to bed last night at 8:30, slept until 2:30 and then woke up again at 7:00, to only fall back asleep! Mom is very happy and well rested today.Love to all, Ashley and Adam
